Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before onboarding with Social Factory. These rules govern our Marketing, PR, and Website Growth packages.

1. Package Deliverables & Timelines

  • Content quantities (posts, reels, blogs, etc.) apply to the complete package duration (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months), not on a strict daily basis.

  • Unused monthly deliverables will not automatically carry forward to the next month unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

  • Shoot dates must be scheduled and finalized well in advance.

  • The 15-Day Trial Period includes brand understanding, account audit, strategy development, and initial content testing. Subsequent billing will apply for 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month packages post-trial.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide timely approvals for content, strategies, and campaigns to ensure smooth execution.

  • Clients are required to provide necessary business information, product details, and secure access credentials (social media accounts, website backend, etc.) on time.

  • Delays in approvals or asset provision from the client’s side may affect the delivery timeline, for which Social Factory cannot be held responsible.

3. Advertising & Performance Results Social Factory is committed to building a digital system from content to community, and from followers to customers. However, please note:

  • Advertising results depend highly on the allocated budget, target audience, industry trends, specific offers, landing page quality, competition, and campaign duration.

  • We focus on measurable business results, but specific follower counts, lead numbers, sales volume, or revenue figures cannot be guaranteed.

4. Influencer & Creator Collaborations

  • All influencer collaborations are subject to the creator’s availability, current pricing, audience relevance, and mutual approval.

  • Influencer, celebrity, creator, or meme-page fees are completely separate from the agency package cost and must be borne by the client.

5. Exclusions & Additional Charges The following expenses are not included in our standard package pricing and will be charged separately:

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, YouTube, or any other platform advertising budgets.

  • Professional models, actors, anchors, or voice-over artists.

  • Studio rentals, special equipment, location charges, outstation travel, or accommodation charges.

  • Product photography requiring highly specialized equipment.

  • Website hosting, domain renewal, premium plugins, or paid software subscriptions.

  • Major website development, coding, or complete website redesigns (outside of standard package updates).

  • Printing, event venue bookings, decorations, and offline promotional expenses.

  • Any additional posts, Reels, blogs, shoots, campaigns, or website work requested beyond the defined package scope.

6. Payment Terms & Onboarding

  • Payment terms, invoicing schedules, and exact project timelines will be finalized and documented before formal onboarding.

  • Work will commence only after the clearance of the agreed initial payment or trial terms.
